How to rate your level of peri-menopause

I thought this might help you at least sort out the most bothersome symptoms so you can focus on finding solutions for those instead of trying to deal with it all at once....it's like eating an elephant.....you just take one bite at a time and keep chewing. :)

That was great. Made sense.

*****
Hot flushes 3
Light headed feelings 1
Headaches 1
Irritability 3
Depression 0/1 I don't get "depressed" in the sense of needing attention, but I have moments
Unloved feelings 3
Anxiety 0/1 maybe a few incidents, but nothing that kept me from doing anything I would have to do.
Mood changes 3
Sleeplessness 3
Unusual tiredness 3
Backache 3
Joint pains 3
Muscle pains 3
All these in bold are being attributed to something else by my doctor
New facial hair 2
Dry skin 1
Crawling feelings under the skin 3
Less sexual feelings 1
Dry vagina 1
Uncomfortable intercourse 1
Urinary frequency 3 and this could be in relation to the water pills I take daily for my edema.

****
That really did help. I kind of liked being able to SEE what's going on and knowing it isn't all just "me".
