Waking dizzy and like in coma

Postby cmoc » Wed Feb 11, 2004 6:10 am

My mornings are worse. Usually after a bad nights sleep, or even a good nights sleep, I wake like I am coming out of a coma, cant wake up properly and cant go back to sleep, feel dizzy and often sick and have to raise myself slowly to a sitting position, usually there is a dull headache, is this normal for the perimenopause? Anyone else feel like this?

That is me too! Here I've been on a quest for a better pillow! I have been buying new pillows on a regular basis, just because I figured that waking up with a headache every day must be because my pillows aren't comfortable enough!!!

I moved here to Sweden 4 years ago and my husband introduced me to a special type pillow and I have not had a stiffneck since (not that I got one more than 1-2 times a year before).
