Kegels - I don't know anything about this, but I've heard that when you do them if, you put your tongue against the roof of your mouth at the point, where there's a space between your upper and lower teeth they work better.
There's a pressure point in that area.
I've got this tip from my older sister-in-law, who got it from one of the other nuns, who got it from her doctor, who practices both western and chinese medicine.
The nun who does the Kegels has done it with and without using this tip. She now has success with the pressure point method, where before they weren't working for her.
