Hi all,
I'm just hearing about these bioidentical hormones, can anyone shed some light into what they are? How safe are they, etc?

I just got Suzanne Somers book and it (so far) does a pretty good job describing and interpreting "bioidentical" worth the money so far esp. since I'm just exploring how I want to go down this passage. Hugs pam
