I had suffered with very itchy legs, ankles, calves, back, hands and wrists. Then my mother told me about Benadryl Spray (or Gel). This is a spray on antihistamine and it STOPS THE ITCH almost immediatley!! It has been a God send for me and for everyone I've told.
You can buy it at any drug store. Wonderful Stuff, I can't live without it.
P.S. I am new to this board today. I am convinced I have started MP, and I hope to find answers to my own problems here.

Thanks for the welcome, Dee. My real name is Fran.......but whenever I sign up for a message board (mostly home improvement boards) I use Jebora. In hindsight I probably should have used my real name for this very personal message board.
I hope to learn a lot here.
