Believe me, I know about the emotional roller coaster of menopause, but I wanted to share how cutting out coffee really helped me. I quit drinking coffee and caffeine drinks like tea and soda about two months ago. I have noticed a great change in the way I am able to handle situations. Oh, sure, I still have my emotional moments, but they have really stabilized. Mole hills are no longer mountains (maybe foothills) and I don't get nearly as wigged out. I just thought this might help someone.
Disclaimer: I still eat chocolate, but it doesn't seem to affect me like coffee does. Who knows, if I cut out chocolate, I just might be the most easy going menopausal lady around.
