Memories may be beautiful and yet...

For those of you who are just beginning this wonderful process, here we can narrow down the symptoms and ask questions like "am I starting perimenopause?"

Memories may be beautiful and yet...

i just discovered the "search author" function on this board. THANK YOU DEE! I tend to wander around looking for topics that interest me and then i forget where i posted!

My doc wants me to try Adreset, for stress, etc. She thinks that while there may be some memory finagles with the peri, there is also a LOT of stuff going on in my life now, which tends to distract me. I use metagenics Thyrosol and it has gotten my thyroid in line, so this may help... .i hope. I'm too young to retire and there is way too much stuff left on my list to do that i need to preserve the brain cells i have.

I was unfamiliar with Adreset. I like the it's description as "adaptogenic" tea. Heaven knows we could all use some help adapting to this big change in the middle of our busy lives.

I hope it's helpful to you. Let us know!

Best wishes,
Judy
