| I really am happy that I lost
55 lbs. over the past years, and yes, I DO look better and feel better,
but you know....there's still a lot that needs improvement and as the title
says, there's good, bad and downright UGLY aspects of losing weight!
First of all, when you don't have those fat cells plumping out your wrinkles, you look older. It's amazing how many different places you can find hanging skin. And then when you try to find an exercise program that fits with your lifestyle, well.... so far I haven't found the perfect "Couch Potato" regime! Jeez, they all want you to SIT UPRIGHT! So, I've been doing some research for you and will be posting links to sites that offer traditional and some not-so-traditional methods for losing weight during this time when NOTHING seems to work! Whether you prefer Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss, or one of the low carb programs such as Atkins or Protein Power, the key to losing weight during "the change" is exercise and watching your portions.
